My Books For Children

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by to check out my children’s books. It’s early February of 2024 as I write this, and over the next year I plan to publish a variety of fun educational books, as well as a few children’s picture books, at the early childhood (grades K through 3) level.

If you’re here because you purchased one of my early releases (thank you!) and are interested in what else I have, the list is below. If you want to be notified when I publish a new book or series, there are two ways to do so. First, follow this blog, because I will write a blog post whenever I publish a new series. Second, follow me on Goodreads. An account there is free. Click here to see my author page.

If you click to follow me, Goodreads will send you an email whenever I’ve published something new to Amazon. DO NOT follow me on Amazon, however, because the reverse will be true!

All right, on to the list. Note that several years ago, I tried using the pen name “Emily Jacques” for my homeschooling resources, which is why two of the books are under that name. (I keep everything under Emily Josephine now because it makes life a lot simpler.)

Stand-alone resources

This book encompasses all the math standards and skills that Kindergarteners are to have mastered by the end of the year.

It's different from anything else out there in that a fun, engaging story introduces each concept. It also encourages the student to use patterns to build up their proficiency with each skill.

This book contains pattern activities and a variety of games to help the student learn the basic multiplication facts. It can be used for children from grades 2 to 5, as it also covers multiple-digit multiplication and division. It includes varied algorithms for long division, which breaks down the task and makes it easier for visual learners to understand.
